Studio Classes

Mat spaces are limited so please reserve your spot ahead of time. Consistency is the key to getting the most benefits out of your yoga practice. I recommend having a standing reservation for the class times that you will attend every week.

“No-call-no-shows” will be charged for their missed class.

Please bring your own yoga mat and props. I do have extra mats, blocks, blankets, and straps for use if needed.

Mondays: 9:00-10:15 am

Tuesdays: 4:15-5:15 pm yin Yoga

Wednesdays: 6:00-7:15 pm

Thursdays: 4:15-5:15 pm yin Yoga

Fridays: 9:00-10:15 am

All of my classes are for all levels of experience and ability. I tend to approach teaching from a “read the room” standpoint in that the flow of the class will depend on what is needed most by the students in the present moment. I love the way in which postures can be linked in an infinite amount of patterns that lead you deeper and deeper into your yoga practice physically, mentally, and spiritually. Therefore, every class is unique. You might not know what you are going to get, but you always know you are going to get what you need.

I encourage you to make every practice your best practice by listening to your body. I strive to foster a safe space in my classes where if you are ever in pain or unsure of how a pose is feeling you can feel comfortable asking for help and modifications. At the same time there may be classes where I lovingly push you to go deeper whether it’s physically, emotionally, or mentally.
