Please purchase a walk-in or class package before entering. Only students who have purchased a walk-in pass or have a current class package will be allowed in the Zoom studio. You can find details on purchasing classes on the PRICING page of the Yoga tab. Thank you!

If you are unable to zoom live, you may request a recording which I will email to you shortly after class has ended.

Please be sure to have an open space for your practice and have a yoga mat, blanket, and blocks. A yoga strap, belt or tie and a yoga bolster or cushion are also recommended. Some classes may also require that you have access to open wall space.

All of my classes are for all levels of experience and ability. I tend to approach teaching from a “read the room” standpoint in that the flow of the class will depend on what is needed most by the students in the present moment. I love the way in which postures can be linked in an infinite amount of patterns that lead you deeper and deeper into your yoga practice physically, mentally, and spiritually. Therefore, every class is unique. You might not know what you are going to get, but you always know you are going to get what you need.

I encourage you to make every practice your best practice by listening to your body. I strive to foster a safe space in my classes where if you are ever in pain or unsure of how a pose is feeling you can feel comfortable asking for help and modifications. At the same time there may be classes where I lovingly push you to go deeper whether it’s physically, emotionally, or mentally.
